The promotional tour rolled into North Yorkshire on Monday following a family gathering in Halifax on the Sunday.
Been about a year since my last visit to Harrogate – there are many more villages that I want to visit around Harrogate itself. Visited a village called Kirkby Overblow, which has to be one of the strangest place names I’ve visited so far.Met an artist called Bruce Noble who invited me into his studio for a chat where an intersting discussion about architectural artwork ensued.
Not much else to comment on except for the fact that it’s unbelievably mild for this time of year – it’s practically November and I’m still only in a t shirt and a thin shirt whilst out and about – and I was too warm! Amazing stuff.
Plus, met a lady who mentioned her participation in a watercolour course and the fact that she found it hard to find a course to do – me thinks there could be a gap in the market for some high quality beginners watercolour courses.
